great service but room could use freshening up
The check-in process was smooth thanks to a friendly receptionist. The accessibility features in the twin disability-access room were excellent.
The room could benefit from some updates.

We liked twin room provided with a very comfortable bed, a coffee machine, for example. The location of the hotel was central, really close to Brighton, Hever Castle, Chartwell and Penshurst Place and the shops.

Handy access to/from both east and west carriageways and onto local roads, although you may need to ask where the service access is. The room is just what you expect from a budget hotel, basic amenities and a comfy bed.

Pleasant good-sized clean room, no real surprises either way. Friendly and efficient staff
The location, on the south side of M25 is not easily acessible, necessitating a long drive to reach the hotel or to continue your journey. The advertised Wi-fi was not available in our room. This had recently been installed, and when mentioned to the staff when we left they were very apologetic and said they would have changed our room if we had said previously.
