great service but room could use freshening up
The check-in process was exceptionally smooth thanks to a friendly receptionist who made me feel welcomed after a long drive. The accessibility features in the twin disability-access room were impressive, ensuring I had a comfortable stay.
The room could benefit from some updates.

Family getaway well worth it
The room was spacious and clean, could really stretch out and not feel crammed you know? Plus, the staff they were friendly, even offered us extra pillows when we asked, nice touch!
Sure, it wasn’t exactly on the cheap side but still felt reasonable.

missingWrote a review on 23 Julpoor wi-fi
Finding this place can be a hassle, especially if you're unfamiliar with the area—better directions would help travelers a lot. The free Wi-Fi is practically useless, reminiscent of dial-up speeds, which is frustrating for anyone needing to connect. While the rooms are generally quiet, there's occasional noise from lorries at the nearby service area. The bathroom had some maintenance issues, with an inconsistent shower that would turn cold unexpectedly. The coffee machine, while a nice touch, leaked and left me needing to clean it up. In terms of nearby dining, options are limited, especially during off-hours, so you might need to plan ahead or look elsewhere for food.

Staying here was a breeze! Quick access to the lovely spots around, and the room was spacious with all the essentials like a kettle. The shower was positively delightful—hot and powerful!
But really, I expected a tidier carpet. it felt like a 'before' picture in a cleaning ad. Not to mention, I thought I’d have a tea party with creased curtains!

Clean room with a comfortable bed that allowed for a restful night. Conveniently located near fast food outlets, which was helpful for late-night cravings. upon waking, I discovered several insect bites, which marred the overall experience. Though the room itself was tidy, the unexpected issue with pests makes me hesitant to stay again.

Convenient and Cozy
Had a comfy one-night stay. The staff was super friendly, and I got a warm welcome after a long drive. Room was clean and had good internet. It's a bit noisy since it's a service station but not terrible. Plus, there’s a snack bar right nearby. Bathroom could use some updates, though.
